THE OPPORTUNITY

The context.
The role.

MV Digital is seeking a Digital Project Assistant to support the operational management of a strategic digital transformation programme. You will be involved in functional acceptance testing, stakeholder coordination, action tracking and Level 2 user support. This opportunity is aimed at a profile with at least three years’ experience supporting the management of digital projects or programmes.

Context

As part of a strategic programme led by a major organisation, you will join a project team involved in the design, development and monitoring of digital services.

Your role

Reporting to the Project Manager/Product Owner, you will contribute to the day-to-day management of the programme and act as the operational interface between business and technical teams, service providers and users.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager/Product Owner in the day-to-day management of the programme.
  • Prepare, execute and document functional tests.
  • Prepare the scenarios, data sets and conditions required for testing in the acceptance environment.
  • Participate in the functional validation of delivered developments.
  • Provide Level 2 user support and qualify incoming requests.
  • Coordinate discussions with business and technical teams, service providers and users.
  • Track actions, deadlines, dependencies, risks and points requiring attention.
  • Prepare and contribute to the facilitation of progress meetings.
  • Write meeting minutes and monitor decisions made.
  • Produce and update management materials, dashboards and reports.
  • Identify, qualify, document and track defects through to resolution.
  • Verify fixes and monitor regression testing.
  • Alert the Project Manager to any risk, blockage, delay or deviation.
  • Contribute to updating functional documentation and user materials.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring, acceptance testing and support processes.

Your profile

National engineering degree corresponding to five years of higher education, or a qualification recognised as equivalent in the country where it was obtained, in the field of information systems. Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting the management of digital projects or programmes.
