AI Project Manager

Context

As part of a strategic programme led by a major organisation, you will be involved in the operational deployment of artificial intelligence solutions such as chatbots, OCR solutions and AI agents.

Your role

You will take responsibility for managing AI projects, from scoping through to deployment and continuous improvement. Acting as the interface between Data & AI teams, business departments, technical teams and user support, you will ensure effective coordination of activities, user support and monitoring of the value delivered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational deployment of internal tools and artificial intelligence projects, including chatbots, OCR solutions and AI agents.
• Manage scoping, planning, and the monitoring of deliverables, resources, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Coordinate activities between Data & AI teams, business departments, technical teams and user support.
• Support business teams in identifying, designing and evolving their processes.
• Design and deliver training modules, workshops and support sessions in person, remotely or in a hybrid format.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, operating procedures, practical use cases and quick-reference sheets.
• Collect, analyse and formalise user feedback.
• Monitor incidents, usage difficulties, change requests and support requirements.
• Measure adoption, effective usage and the operational impact of the deployed solutions.
• Define and monitor deployment, adoption, satisfaction and value-delivered indicators.
• Produce project reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Prepare decision points, alerts and necessary escalations.
• Maintain a consolidated view of progress and ensure synchronisation between the various contributors.
• Contribute to the sharing of best practices and the continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
• Ensure that security, confidentiality, data protection and human oversight requirements are taken into account.

Your profile

Engineering degree or a recognised equivalent qualification, at bac+5 level, in the field of information systems. At least 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally on projects involving the deployment of digital tools, application solutions or innovative services. Project management. Proficiency in traditional, agile or hybrid methodologies. Management of projects involving the deployment of digital tools, application solutions or innovative services. Ability to provide clear and effective user support. Ability to work with business, technical and Data & AI stakeholders. Rigour in project monitoring and report production.
