Digital Health Programme Manager

The role.
MV Digital is seeking a Digital Health Programme Manager to lead a strategic digital transformation programme in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, coordinating complex workstreams, overseeing governance and budget monitoring, and acting as the interface with a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders and service providers.

As part of a strategic digital health transformation programme, you will join an organisation committed to structuring and deploying high-impact digital services.
Your role
You will be responsible for the overall management of the programme, coordinating the various workstreams and preparing decision-making processes. You will act as the interface between internal teams, business departments, healthcare establishments, ecosystem stakeholders, and service providers or software publishers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an assessment of services, usage, information systems, stakeholders, and legal or technical constraints.
- Design and champion a multi-year digital health transformation roadmap.
- Define the target functional architecture for core services and produce simplified interface diagrams.
- Monitor regulatory, standards-related and technological developments.
- Manage and coordinate all programme workstreams.
- Maintain the integrated schedule, manage risks and dependencies, and prepare decision-making processes.
- Define and monitor management indicators, dashboards and KPIs.
- Structure and facilitate governance and monitoring committees.
- Produce high-level summaries and reporting materials.
- Structure and maintain programme documentation.
- Monitor the budget and contribute to annual budget preparation.
- Manage the administrative lifecycle of services, draft or review tender documents, and contribute to bid analysis.
- Manage service providers and software publishers.
- Coordinate contributions from internal teams and act as the interface with the healthcare ecosystem.
- Contribute to discussions with French and European digital health stakeholders.
- Define deployment, communication and user support plans.
- Measure service usage and adoption, share best practices and contribute to developing team capabilities.
Your profile
National diploma representing five years of higher education or an equivalent recognised qualification, in engineering, IT, business, project management, public health or healthcare facility management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing digital projects or programmes, ideally in the field of digital health.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contributions.
- Rigour in monitoring activities, risks, dependencies and documentation.
- Confidence in preparing high-level summaries, decision-making materials and reports.
- Autonomy and adaptability in a complex transformation environment.
