The role.
MV Digital is seeking a Generative Artificial Intelligence Trainer to support an organisation’s employees in the responsible, secure and operational adoption of generative AI tools. You will contribute to skills development, the identification of relevant use cases and the long-term support of teams.
Context
As part of a strategic digital transformation programme led by a major organisation, you will work on an awareness and skills development initiative focused on generative artificial intelligence.
Your role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering training activities, as well as supporting users in adopting authorised tools. You will also help establish a shared usage policy and develop a network of internal champions.
Responsibilities
- Develop a shared culture around generative artificial intelligence.
- Enable users to work autonomously with authorised tools, particularly chatbot-type solutions.
- Present the main use cases applicable to the organisation’s business functions.
- Teach techniques for formulating, improving and evaluating prompts.
- Develop the ability to verify and control generated content.
- Raise awareness of the risks associated with hallucinations, bias and the reproduction of errors.
- Prevent inappropriate or non-compliant use.
- Promote a measured and secure use of digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and professional practices.
- Establish and lead a network of internal representatives or ambassadors.
- Contribute to the development of a shared usage policy.
- Propose post-training support arrangements.
- Measure skills acquisition and changes in practices.
Your profile
National engineering degree requiring five years of higher education, or a qualification recognised as equivalent in the country of award, in the field of information systems. Minimum 2 years’ experience in training, digital awareness or supporting the use of generative artificial intelligence solutions.
