Versatile Project Manager (M/F)

The role.
MV Digital is seeking a Versatile Project Manager (M/F) to lead the implementation of a range of IT solutions as part of a major digital transformation programme. You will coordinate stakeholders from requirements analysis through to deployment, while supporting business teams in adopting the tools. The role combines project management, business-side project management assistance (AMOA), change management and supplier coordination.
Context
You will work as part of a strategic digital transformation programme led by a major organisation in Monaco.
Your role
Reporting to the transformation programme, you will lead digitalisation projects in close collaboration with business teams, delivery teams, external suppliers and governance bodies. You will ensure that cost, timeline, quality and user satisfaction objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to contracting with selected software vendors or suppliers.
- Gather and analyse business team requirements through a user-centred approach.
- Draft functional specifications and contribute to process modelling.
- Lead projects using traditional V-model and/or agile methodologies.
- Define and execute testing, user acceptance testing and deployment strategies.
- Coordinate and monitor the deliverables of external suppliers, particularly under fixed-price service arrangements or application maintenance services.
- Facilitate project governance, including project committees and steering committees.
- Collaborate with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management, facilitate deployments and contribute to the handover to support teams.
- Measure usage, conduct quantitative and qualitative surveys, and promote tool adoption.
- Contribute to project-related training and communication materials.
- Provide reporting to management and stakeholders, and share best practices for using the tools.
Your profile
Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5 qualification in information systems. At least 5 years’ experience in IT project management and/or business-side project management assistance (AMOA).
