Infrastructure & Networks Coordinator H/F

Context

As part of a strategic digital transformation programme led by a major organisation, an organisation is strengthening its technical operations coordination function. The role is based on site in Monaco and involves close collaboration with the infrastructure, network and project teams.

Your role

You will act as the coordinator for technical operations and projects within an infrastructure and networks environment. You will supervise, challenge and coordinate the teams, organise activities and ensure alignment between strategic priorities, projects and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, challenge and coordinate the technical teams.
• Organise activities, prioritise interventions and arbitrate requests.
• Guarantee service quality and oversee quality control for tickets, technical deliverables and the elements required to maintain operational and security conditions.
• Manage master plans and projects across scheduling, risks and resources.
• Guarantee activity traceability via GLPI and Jira.
• Drive the continuous improvement of processes, tools and operational efficiency.
• Analyse trends and propose improvement actions.
• Participate in the handling of major incidents through escalation and monitor the associated action plans.
• Produce and distribute operational monitoring KPIs and maintain a monthly dashboard.
• Anticipate incidents, resolve operational blockages and ensure information sharing.
• Monitor the budget and support technological, organisational and methodological transformations.
